摘要
Schlemm管(SC)是房水流出通道中的重要组成部分,SC及邻管组织在眼内压的调节中起着不可忽视的重要作用。经过多年探索,其形态与功能一步一步被揭示,研究者们逐渐意识到,SC与周围基质一起,通过压力传导、基因表达产物相互作用、彼此影响,共同调节眼压。在青光眼患者,尤其是原发性开角型青光眼患者中,部分机制发生了改变,造成了眼压的升高。本综述就目前的一些机制,总结正常与青光眼患者中SC的结构,观察SC的方法,针对SC的传统及新型抗青光眼药物。
Schlemm canal (SC) is one of the most essential parts in the outflow of aqueous humor, and its function can't be neglected. After years of exploration, researchers began to realize that SC, together with substrates, regulate intraoenlar pressure (IOP) through the mechanotransduction and expression of specific genes to exert influence on each other. For glaucoma patients, especially in primary open-ang1e glaucoma, some of the mechanisms are altered and result in the elevation of IOP. This review mainly focuses on the previously found mechanisms, and gives a Brief summary on the structure of SC in normal and g1aucomatous eyes, the methods of observing SC and the medications that act upon SC.
