马克思主义发展观的坚守与突破：以人民为中心的发展思想

The Persistence and Breakthrough of the Concept of Marx＇s Doctrine of Development ：The Development Through Centered on the People

“人民”是围绕习近平治国理政思想的核心命题。以人民为中心的发展思想体现了以习近平同志为核心的党中央对人民主体地位的高度重视，既是对共产党人传统发展理念的高度回归，也是对当前经济社会发展中存在突出问题的重大突破。以人民为中心的发展思想是治国理政之魂，是构建人类命运共同体之魂。它丰富了“中国特色社会主义理论体系”的“中国内核”，彰显了科学社会主义的“中国气象”，为全世界的共同发展提供了“中国思想”。

＂People＂is the core proposition of Xi Jinping on the governing ideas. People centred development thought reflects the fact that the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jin- ping as the core attaches great importance to the dominant position of the Communist Party being both highly return to the traditional idea of development and a major breakthrough when there exist prominent issues of economic and social development. Based on the review of Marx＇s development view, this paper reviews the evolution of our Party＇s development view, and points out that the people-centered development thought is governing a country and the soul of building the community of human destiny. Its proposal enriches the ＂Chinese core＂of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, highlights the ＂Chi- nese climate＂ of scientific socialism, and provides ＂Chinese thought＂for the common devel- opment of the whole world.
