The mass line of CCP is Marxism epistemology and methodology, the live soul of MAO Zedong^s thoughts,and our cherished traditions. It is a fundamental line that the Par- ty has adhered to since its inception. It is of great significance to the cause and development of the Party. The reason why the Party follows the mass line, we believe, is decided by the nature of the Party and the nature of the people.
