武警基层部队网络思想政治教育存在的主要问题、原因及对策

The Main Problems 、 Reasons and Solutions of Network Ideological and Political Education at PAP Basic Unit

当前，武警基层部队思想政治教育存在一些理念滞后、资源短缺、机制不全等问题，制约了网络思想政治教育在基层的落实。其原因主要是网络知识欠缺、骨干力量空虚、教育制度落后等。为此，要依托培训学习、建强骨干队伍、健全制度机制、创新教育模式、丰富网络资源等手段和方法，不断使思想政治教育网络化、信息化成为新常态。

At present, there are some problems among ideological and political education at PAP Basic units, such as hysteresis of ideas, shortage of resources, incomplete mechanism and so on, which restrict the implementation of ideological and political education at basic u- nits. The main reasons which lead to the phenomenon above are deficiency of network knowledge.weakness of skeleton power, backwardness of education regulations and so on. As a result,we should depend on training and learning, set up powerful skeleton team force, improve institution and mechanism, innovate education pattern, enrich network resources, make the network idelogical and political education becomea new normal.
