“引领-自主学习”教学模式在武警院校军事职业教育中的设计

On the Design of "Guiding-autonomous Learning" Teaching model in the Military Professional Education in Colleges of PAP

摘要 “引领-自主学习”教学是一种新的教学模式。这个模式基于基更教学行为再度综合的思想,坚持将远程教育环境中教学的自主学习特点作为逻辑起点,通过教员积极介入,对自主学习进行引领,重建教员与学员间紧密的教学关系,以克服武警院校将要展开的军事职业教育中学员学习过程中的各种困难,确保教学组织有效,教学过程有效,确保教学质量。 The mode of guiding-autonomous learning is a new kind of teaching mode. The model is based on Desmond Keegans' idea of combining each teaching behavior and puts the autonomous learning in the distance education in the place of starting point logically. The in- structor will give instructions and guide participants to learn autonomously, hence the in- structor and learners can keep close relationships to make sure that learners will overcome the difficulties they meet during their learning in the military professional education and to insure the teaching organized effectively and get effective teaching process and teaching qual- ity.
