电弧喷涂Fe-Al涂层的摩擦磨损行为

摘要 为了研究Fe-Al涂层的组织结构,并比较其与20#钢的耐磨性能,采用粉芯丝材和超音速电弧喷涂技术在20#钢基体上制备了Fe-Al涂层,采用扫描电镜分析了涂层的组织形貌,用X射线衍射分析了涂层的相结构,并对比研究了涂层与20#钢在干摩擦条件下的耐磨损性能。研究结果表明,采用超音速电弧喷涂制备的Fe-Al涂层组织致密,与基体结合良好,具有较高的硬度,在相同载荷和转速下,Fe-Al涂层的摩擦系数较小,具有优异的耐磨性。 In order to research the structure of Fe-Al coating and compare the abrasion resistance with 20~# steel,the Fe-Al coatings were prepared on 20#steel substance by supersonic arc spraying,the surface morphologies of Fe-Al coatings were analyzed by SEM.the phase structure of the coating were analyzed by X-ray diffraction,and the abrasion resistance of coating and 20~# steel substrate were studied and compared under the condition of dry friction.The results showed that Fe-Al coating was fully dense with low porosity,higher microhardness and well bonding with substrate.In the same load and revolving speed,the friction coefficient of Fe-Al coating was lower and the abrasion resistance was better.
