摘要
以南京地铁3号线成功进行小松盾构机尾刷更换为例,结合盾构机自身特点与地质情况,通过对盾尾刷更换过程的总结及分析,得出以下结论:1)结合推进条件选择合适的停机位置尤为重要,盾尾的有效封堵是尾刷更换期间重要的安全保障;2)根据小松盾构机的设计特点,将管片整环前移可在很大程度上保证管片的完整恢复;3)在长距离(大于1.3 km)软弱富水地层盾构推进中,选择质量好的盾尾刷及盾尾油脂,推进过程中合理的推进参数都可延长盾尾刷的使用寿命。
The shield tail brush replacing process of Komatsu shield machine used in Nanjing Metro Line 3 is analyzed according to the characteristics of shield machine and geological conditions.Conclusions drawn are as follows:1) The determination of stopping position of shield machine according to thrusting conditions is very important.The effective sealing of shield tail is important to burst replacing.2) The full recovering of the segment can be guaranteed by means of whole ring moving of the segment.3) The using life of shield tail brush can be extended by choosing good-quality shield tail brush and shield tail brush grease and rational thrusting parameters in long distant soft and weak water-rich stratum.
