摘要
为解决隧道仰拱铺底速度慢、施工缝多、养护时间长等难题,介绍吉图珲客专鸡冠山隧道在工期紧、断面大且要求步距达标的条件下,利用现有资源对仰拱栈桥进行自行设计,通过机构建模计算确定栈桥安全系数,按照已确定的加工尺寸自行加工。通过普通栈桥与长栈桥在人员配置、施工时间、施工效益等对比,确定长栈桥施工的可行性,并通过实践证明长栈桥在隧道施工中能成功应用的实例。
The disadvantages of invert trestle of tunnel are many,including low construction speed,lots of construction joints and long maintaining term.The invert trestle of Jiguanshan tunnel on Jilin-Tumen-Huichun passenger-dedicated railway line is designed under great difficulties,such tight construction scheme,large cross-section and strict step span.The safety coefficient of invert trestle is decided by means of structural modeling calculation.The practicability of invert trestle of tunnel is decided by means of comparison and contrast between labor arrangement and construction term of common invert trestle and that of long invert tresde.The application of the long invert trestle shows that it is successful.
