硫代硫酸钠和聚羧酸减水剂复配对混凝土性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 将硫代硫酸钠早强剂和聚羧酸高性能减水剂进行复合使用,并系统研究复合产品在低温条件下对混凝土各项性能指标的影响,为开发早强型聚羧酸减水剂产品进行尝试。研究表明:在一定掺量条件下,采用硫代硫酸钠早强剂和聚羧酸减水剂复合使用,可以有效提高混凝土在低温环境下的早期强度和28天强度。同时,在一定的掺量条件下,硫代硫酸钠的加入对聚羧酸减水剂的减水、保坍效果基本没有影响。当设定聚羧酸减水剂掺量为1.8%时,硫代硫酸钠的适宜掺量为0.6%。 In this paper, through the complex of early strength agent sodium thiosulfate with poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent, the effect on the performance of concrete under low temperature was studied for the attempt of early strength poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent. The study indicate that, complex of sodium thiosulfate and poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent can effectively improve early strength and the 28-day strength of concrete at low temperature. And, at the same time, in a certain content, it had little influence on the water reducing effect and collapse retention effect of poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent, when the content ofpoly carboxylic acid water reducing agent is 1.8%, the suitable dosage of sodium thiosulfate is 0.6%.
