高职高专院校BIM技术人才培养模式的研究

BIM技术已经在建设项目全寿命周期的各个阶段被广泛推广应用,市场对BIM人才也呈现出井喷式的需求格局。不同的高等院校、科研机构、技术咨询公司甚至是软件公司都在探索培养不同规格和层次的BIM技术人才。而对于高职高专院校来说,如何找准定位、确定合理的BIM技术人才培养模式就显得尤为重要。通过调查、分析和研究总结,在明确市场对应用型BIM技术人才需求规格的基础上,提出符合高职高专院校的BIM技术人才培养模式,也为其他应用型本科院校BIM技术人才培养提供参考。

Through the investigation, analysis and summary, in the clear market on the basis of BIM technology application talents requirement, put forward the training mode of Higher Vocational Colleges in accordance with the BIM technical personnel, but also provide a reference for other BIM technical talents in Application-oriented colleges.
