基于海绵城市理念的城市规划方法探讨

城市的快速发展和暴雨灾害容易给城市带来内涝问题,迫使相关行业人员积极探索解决这一问题的有效途径。近年来,随着绿色经济以及城市化的发展,海绵城市成为绿色生态城区规划建设的热点问题,已融入新型城镇化和水安全的战略当中。生态文明建设是我国城市转型的基础,海绵城市建设则是重要起点。海绵城市的建设能有效降低城市开发过程中对水环境的破坏程度,缓解城市内涝的状况,是实现城区生态水环境建设的有效途径。但就目前我国的发展情况来看,关于绿化生态城区的研究还停留在理念以及规划设计阶段,一些具体的规划应对方法发展还不充分。本文笔者以某地区为例,从海绵城市的内涵出发,提出基于海绵城市的城市规划方法,包括编制原则、意义目的以及具体的规划方法,以期为我国的绿色生态城市建设提供借鉴和参考。

The rapid development of the city and rainstorm disasters easily bring waterlogging problems to the city, forcing the relevant industry personnel to actively explore effective ways to solve this problem.In recent years, with the development of green economy and urbanization,sponge city has become a hot issue in the planning and construction of green ecological city, and has been integrated into the new urbanization and water security strategy.The construction of ecological civilization is the basis of urban transformation in our country, and the construction of sponge city is an important starting point.The construction of sponge city can effectively reduce the damage degree of water environment in the process of urban development and alleviate the status of urban waterlogging.It is an effective way to realize the construction of ecological water environment in urban area.But at present our country＇ s development situation,the research on the green ecological city still stay in the concept and planning and design stage, some concrete planning coping methods development is not enough.In this paper,taking a certain area as an example,from the connotation of the sponge City,put forward the city planning method based on City sponge,including the preparation principle,purpose and significance of the specific planning method,in order to provide a reference for the construction of green ecological city in china.
