海绵城市理念下的城市防洪排涝规划建设研究

本文在当前海绵城市建设背景下,通过分析安图县概况和现状排水防涝问题的基础上,将传统的防洪排涝模式和海绵城市建设做相应的耦合设计,探索一种新型的防洪排涝模式和体系,提出了海绵城市理念下的城市防洪排涝需求,思路和建设方案,为城市防洪排涝规划建设提供新思路。

In this paper, under the background of the current urban construction sponge, by analyzing the survey and the present situation of antu county drains problem, on the Basis of the traditional mode of flood control and drainage and sponges do corresponding coupling design of city construction, to explore a new type of flood control and drainage pattern and system, proposed the sponge in the concept of urban city flood control and drainage requirements, process and construction scheme, provide new ideas for urban flood control and drainage planning and construction.
