摘要
目的 :探讨下呼吸道感染病人奈替米星的药代动力学 ,制订合理的用药方案。 方法 :用荧光偏振免疫分析法检测病人血中奈替米星浓度 ,按 Marquart法求出药代动力学参数。 结果 :7例病人平均血清峰浓度为 2 7.2 3mg/L ,平均谷浓度为 0 .2 3mg/L ,平均分布半衰期为 1.0 6 45 h,平均清除半衰期为 5 .0 5 9h,平均中央室表观分布容积为 0 .0 12 6 L /Kg,药时曲线下面积为 6 9.46 3m g/1h,平均血浆清除率为 4.3m g/h。 结论 :奈替米星 6 mg/kg每日一次给药峰浓度高 ,谷浓度低 ,用药间隙长 ,每日一次给药方法可行。
Objective To study the pharmacokinetic of Netilmicin in lower respiratory tract infection and establish the rational regimen. Methods Serum concentration of Netilmicin with seven patients was determined by TDK system and pharmacokinetic parameter was calculated by Marquart ways. Results The mean peak serum concentration was 27.23 mg/L, the mean trough serum concentrations was 0 23 mg/L , the mean t1/2α in seven patients was 1.0645 h,the mean t1/aβ was 5.095h, the mean Vc was 0.0126L/kg,the mean AUC was 69 4603 mg/1 h,the mean Cls was 4.3 mg/h. Conclusion There was high peak serum concentration and low trough serum concentration with a single daily 6 mg/μg dose of Netilmicin was administered,long dosing intervals,once daily administration was recommended.
