城市社区卫生服务评价体系的研究

Study on Assessment System of Community Health Care in City

目的 :建立一套科学的、实用的、与我国现阶段城市社区卫生服务相适应的综合评价体系 ,以加强社区卫生服务的科学化、标准化、规范化管理 ,促进社区卫生服务的健康与可持续发展。方法 :采用Delphi专家咨询与现场调查相结合的研究方法。结果 :建立的评价体系由二级指标、指标权重、评估标准与方法、评估得分与等级等构成。结论 :本评价体系较适用于现阶段城市社区卫生服务的评价 ;评价的内容和标准应随着社区卫生服务的发展不断调整和完善 ;目前符合评价要求的社区卫生服务中心还很少 。

Objective: In order to enhance scientific and standardized management system to promote healthy continuously development in Community Health Care (CHC),a set of scientific, practical and suitable assessment system for CHC in city is established. Method: Delphi specialist counsel and investigation on site have been used.Result: The assessment system consists of two level targets and weighing targets, evaluative standards methods and grades. Conclusion:It was foud that this assessment system is quite suitable for evaluating CHC in city presently. The contents and standards of evaluation ought to adjust and improve continuously when the CHC is developing,there are only few centers of CHC in city which can reach evaluative standard,we should speed up and pay more attention to construction of standardized center of CHC.
