摘要
目的 :对江苏省社区服务中心 (站 )卫生人力资源进行评价 ,以指导全省社区卫生服务 ,为政府宏观决策提供一定的依据。方法 :选择社区卫生服务搞得较好的、初见成效的、有代表性的三个城市(南京市、无锡市和徐州市 ) ,每个城市再抽取部分区 ,调查区所属社区卫生服务中心 (站 )卫生人力资源情况。结果 :社区卫生服务人力相对不足 ,按人口服务比例尚缺素质高、服务能力强的全科医生、护士等。结论 :应加强对现有卫生人员的必备技能和知识的培训 ,在现有基础上逐步配备好各类社区卫生人员 ,逐步从以医疗服务为主过渡到六位一体的服务。
Objective: In order to guide the community health service and to help decision making for our governments, we evaluate the health manpower resource development of the community service centers(stations) in Jiangsu. Methods: In this study, we sampled several community service centers(stations) in Nanjing, Wuxi and Xuzhou. Results: The health manpower resource in the community health service(station)is relatively over used, especially the family doctors and nurses who with high quality and ability are short. Conclusion: It is necessary to provide essential knowledge and skills training for existing health care workers and to perfect health manpower resource gradually so as to supply the six-part-whole health service for all.
