泰州市城区高血压病防治现况调查

A survey of the prevention and treatment on hypertension in Taizhou city

目的了解泰州市城区高血压病防治现状及存在问题,提出合理的防治措施。方法采用现况调查方法对泰州市城区35岁以上人群进行了血压测量和问卷调查,对部分病人干预1年后再次调查。结果城区居民中35岁以上人群中高血压标化患病率达31.0%,并随年龄增长而上升,高血压患病的知晓率为36.3%,治疗率为30.6%,控制率为11.1%。经过宣教跟踪、督导服药,1年后高血压有效治疗率、控制率分别上升为72.5%、30.1%。结论泰州市城区高血压患病率明显高于全国平均水平,采取相应措施进行干预,可有效改变人群中高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率均不理想这一现状。

Objective:To understand the current situation and the existing problems on prevention and treatment of hypertension so as to put forward the rational measures. Methods:A retrospective investigation and questionnaires on residents aged over 35 years old in Tiazhou city were carried out. By intervention for part of them who suffered hypertension received the investigation for the second time after one year.Result:The standard prevalence rate of hypertension among residents aged over 35 years were 31.0% respectively, which increased with the increasing of age. The rates of acknowledgement, treatment and control were 36.3%, 30.6% and 11.1% respectively. By conducting several means for different groups such as health education, following up investigation and supervising of taking doses, the rates of effective treatment and control increased to 72.5% and 30.1% respectively.Conclusion:The prevalence rate of hypertension in Taizhou city was higher than the average level of nation; furthermore, it is necessary for us to take adequate measures to improve the rates of acknowledgement, treatment and control on hypertension effectively among different groups in current situation.
