摘要 目的:了解颗粒活性炭(GAC)对采用不同消毒方法的饮用水中有机浓集物致突变性的影响,为选择安全经济的水处理工艺提供参考。方法:选择3家分别采用液氯、二氧化氯和臭氧消毒过的饮用水为水源的瓶装饮用水生产企业,其第一个水处理工艺为颗粒活性炭过滤,于过滤前后各采水样1份,以10,20和30 L/皿进行TA98—S9的Ames试验。结果:炭滤前水样,随浓度增加TA98回复突变菌落数上升,MR>2。其中液氯消毒和二氧化氯消毒的水样致突变性呈现出良好的剂量-反应关系(r>0.987)。GAC过滤后,MR值下降,均小于2,Ames试验阴性。结论:颗粒活性炭过滤可去除水中有机致突变物。 Objective:To study the effect of grain activated carbon(GAC) on mutagenicities of organic extracts from drinkable water disinfected through different ways is reported in this paper and provides scientific basis for selecting water treatment technique and process.Method:3 water plants carried out water disinfections method of liquid chlorine,chlorine dioxide and ozone were selected.Among them the first step of water treatment was GAC filtration.There was total 3 water samples were measured which selected 1 sample in each plant that tested both in pre-filtration and post-filtration stage.Ames test on mutagenecity of organic extracts of water sample with TA98 strain without S9 mixture was conducted at doses of 10L,20L and 30L in per plate respectively.Result: The MRs of TA98 stain exposed to organic extracts of finished water were >2 and showed significant increasing with the increased of concentration.The mutagenicities of water samples treated by liquid chlorine or chlorine dioxide showed significant dose-response relationship(r>0.987,p<0.05).The water samples treated by GAC filtration revealed negative results in Ames test with MR<2.Conclusion: The organic mutagents would be removed by GAC filtration.
