广州某医院368名护士工作能力的调查分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的:评价某医院护士工作能力,探讨影响因素。方法:采用工作能力指数(WAI)调查表对某医院368名护士进行调查。结果:该院护士工作能力评分为“优”和“良”者占72.28%,绝大部分护士能胜任本职工作;不同科室护士工作能力不同,最高的是住院儿科,其次是门诊、住院ICU(重症监护病房),最低的是住院脑内科,差别有显著性意义(F=2.20,P<0.05)。不同护龄护士工作能力差异也有统计学意义(F=2.77,P<0.05)。结论:科室不同、护龄长短均可影响护士的工作能力。 Objective: To investigate the work ability of nurses in a hospital and make an approach to the influential factors.Methods: Three hundred and sixty-eight nurses were invited to participate the survey with Work Ability Index(WAI) form.Results: It was found that most of the nurses were capable with their work as the scores of WAI with excellent and good covered 72.28%.By comparing the WAI of nurses who worked in different departments of hospital,significant difference was shown(F=2.20,P<0.05)obviously.The score of WAI from highest to lowest in order was hospitalized Paediatrics Department,Out-patient Care,Intensive Care Unit(ICU) and hospitalizing Brain Medical Department.In the meantime,statistical meaningfuldifference of WAI was also shown in different nurse-job seniority groups(F=2.77,P<0.05).Conclusion: The work ability might be affected by working in different departments of hospital and the nursejob seniority.
