Source of planned immunization knowledge and consulting needs on Internet of children's parents

目的:了解儿童家长的计划免疫知识来源及上网咨询需求。方法:随机抽取深圳市宝安区0~7岁在册儿童2500名,按自行设计的问卷,对有电话的家长进行电话匿名调查。结果:在册儿童家长电话调查应答率为12.0%。被调查者中接触过疫苗接种知识的不足40%,很少和从来没有接触者超过60%。这其中通过宣传单、宣传栏、医务人员告知、听其他人说等途径的比例超过70%,通过报纸、书籍、广播、电视、杂志和网络等途径的比例不足30%;选择上网解决疫苗接种疑难问题者占8.9%;在愿意上网学习科普知识和咨询疑难问题的儿童家长中,首选网站的类型均为疾控机构网站,其次是其他网站,而科普网站所占比例较少。结论:深圳市儿童家长计划免疫科普知识的来源途径依然以传统模式为主;解决疫苗接种疑难问题的首选网站是疾控机构网站;教育程度和家庭收入是影响上网学习计划免疫科普知识的主要因素。

Objective:To understand about the source of planned immunization knowledge and the consulting needs on Internet for children's parents.Methods: There were 2 500 registered children aged 0~7 years were chosen randomly.The children's parents were investigated anonymously by telephone with self-designed questionnaire.Results: It was found that parents who response to telephone covered 12.0%.Less 40% of investigator had contacted with vaccination knowledge;over 60% of investigators had a little or never had contacted with the vaccination knowledge.Of whom,over 70% obtained the knowledge through leaflet,bulletin board,medical doctors and other people;less 30% were through newspaper,books,radio,television and Internet;only 8.9% chose surfing on Internet for consulting vaccination problems.Children's parents who wiliness to learn popular science knowledge and to consulting on Internet,the prior choice for them was visiting website of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) organization,the second choice was other website and popular science website was at last.Conclusions: Overall,the source channel of accessing popular science knowledge on planned immunization for children's parents in Shenzheng was still predominately conventional;visiting website of CDC was prior to the others websites for them to consult;learning knowledge on planned immunization through Internet largely influenced by educational background and income of family for children's parents.
