党的十九大报告中指出,坚定不移全面从严治党,不断提高党的执政能力和领导水平,必须"以钉钉子精神做实做细做好各项工作"。钉钉子精神具有丰富的内涵与哲学意蕴,它是马克思主义的本质要求,是中国共产党治国理政的历史经验,也是新时代推进全面从严治党的具体践行。新时代发扬钉钉子精神,是检验和锤炼党性加强党的思想建设、政治建设的需要,是提高党的执政本领加强党的能力与水平建设的需要,是持之以恒正风肃纪加强党的作风建设、纪律建设的需要。它是以"中国智慧""中国精神"阐述全面从严治党方略的重要方法。

The spirit of nailing has rich connotation and philosophical implication. It is the essence of Marxism request,the historical experience of the Communist Party of China,and the practicing of promoting comprehensive party governance with rigor in the new era. Carrying forward the spirit of nailing is the important method of developing the ability of the party ideological construction, political construction,and the ability of the party administration.
