摘要
载货汽车的车架不仅是其安全行驶和舒适性的基础,也是承载货物重量的重要部件,因此,对载货汽车车架进行可靠性、轻量化研究,对保障车辆安全性、节能减排以及减少生产成本等方面具有重要的现实意义。本文对某平板车车架进行优化设计,并在此基础上,使用NX.Nastran软件对优化前、后的车架进行有限元分析,得出了车辆正常行驶时车架应力分布情况、位移分布图及模态分析结果,从而验证车架优化设计的合理性。
The fiat truck frame is not only fundamental in ensuring vehicle safety and comfort, but also an important part to guarantee the reliability of trucks. Therefore, it has great practical significance for the study of the reliability and lightweight of the frame so as to protect the safety of vehicles, promote energy conservation and reduce production costs. In this paper, the optimized design of a flat car frame is carried out, and based on this, Nx.Nastran software is used to analyze the finite element of the frame before and after optimization, so that the results of the stress distribution, displacement distribution and modal analysis during normal moving are obtained, hence verifying the rationality of the optimization design of the frame.
