精准帮扶理念下的就业大数据平台构建研究

Research on the Construction of Big Data Platform for Employment under the Concept of Precision Help

实现就业精准帮扶的前提是了解学生的具体情况,有针对性的帮助学生解决就业困难,从而为学生精准推送就业岗位。大数据平台不仅可以帮助学生将个人的求职意愿与用人单位岗位相对接,实现智能化供需匹配,而且便于学校实现对毕业生就业求职的过程监测,及时发现学生困难,有针对性的开展帮扶。本研究针对目前高校在构建就业大数据平台过程中存在的问题,提出了实现数据交互、注重过程数据、强化学生-学校-用人单位互动等对策建议,为实现大学生就业精准帮扶提供借鉴。

The premise to achieve precision help for employment is to understand the specific conditions of students and to help them solve employment difficulties. The big data platform can help students connect their personal desires with working positions, so as to realize an intelligent matching between supply and demand. Moreover, it can also help schools to monitor the process of graduates who seek for employment, and find out their difficulties in time so as to provide the target precision help to them. To solve the present problems existing in the construction of big data platform for employment, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as realizing data interaction, paying attention to process data, strengthening stu- dent-school-employer interaction and so on, hence providing reference for the realization of precision help of college students＇ employment.
