摘要
新媒体时代的到来和智能移动终端的普及令信息接收和信息分享成为公民日常生活中司空见惯的常态。升华生命价值、维护社会关系、寻求利益回报是公民信息分享的主要动因。但囿于许多公民对信息分享中有意无意分享的隐私信息可能造成的危害并不了然,使自媒体中留存了大量的隐私信息,也让潜在的危害随时有现实化的可能。对隐私的正确认知、媒介素养的有效提升和法律的社会保障无疑是对公民隐私信息和隐私权保护的有效措施。
In the age of new media, with the popularization of smart mobile terminal, information reception and sharing has become normal behavior for citizens. People share information mainly for subliming the value of life, maintaining social relationship and making fortune. However, many citizens are unaware of the potential danger of sharing privacy information consciously or unconsciously, therefore, a large amount of privacy information is retained by We-Media, and thus the potential danger may really cause trouble. Undoubtedly, knowing conception of privacy, efficiently improving legal and social protection are the most effective measures to protect the citizens＇ privacy information and right of privacy.
