人参皂甙对培养脑神经细胞胆碱酯酶活性的促进作用 被引量:1

THE EFFECT OF GINSENOSIDE IN PROMOTING THE CHOLINESTERASE ACTIVITY OF CULTURED NEURONS

摘要 神经细胞培养的第3天或第5天给人参皂甙(87μg/ml)可使培养第10天的神经细胞的胆碱酯酶活性显著增强和高峰提前;但培养到第14天时,培养第3天给人参皂甙比培养第5天给人参皂甙的神经细胞胆碱酯酶活性强约2.5倍.培养第3天给人参皂甙比培养第5天给人参皂甙对神经细胞胆碱酯酶活性的增强作用更好.细胞分裂抑制剂氨甲基喋呤能显著地减弱培养神经细胞胆碱酯酶活性,而人参皂甙能减轻氨甲基喋呤对培养神经细胞胆碱酯酶活性的减弱.初步认为,人参皂甙促进培养神经细胞胆碱酯酶活性的增强是因为它促进了神经细胞的分化成熟、分裂增殖和存活. The effect of ginsenoside on the cultured neurons isolated from chick embryonic brain was studied.The activities of the cholinesterase of the neuron cultures with or without ginsenoside (87μg/ml) were determined on different days of culture.The activity of cholinesterase increased gradually and reached the peak at 14th day of culture.When ginsenoside was added at 3rd or 5th day to the culture.The activity of cholinesterase increased more rapidly and reached the peak at 10th day.Moreover,the activity of cholinesterase of these cultures was 4 or 3 times higher,respectively,than that without ginsenoside.When methotrexate,an inhibitor of mitosis,was added,the activity of cholinesterase of cultured neurons decreased and the inhibitory effect of methotrexate was partially alleviated by ginsenoside.The possible mechanism of the effect of ginsenoside is discussed.
