摘要 通过简单机械共混制得氯丁橡胶/氯化聚乙烯(CR/CPE)的复合物。探究CPE的含量0份~20份时与复合体的力学特性、燃烧特性的关系。结果表明,复合体硬度为78HA^82HA,CPE含量为0份~10份时拉伸强度变化率低于-8.4%,CPE含量为0份~15份时撕裂强度变化率低于-9.9%;CPE含量增加,烟密度等级降低,氧指数升高,CPE含量20份烟密度等级71%,氧指数32.4%;通过热重和动态热机械分析对CR的改性进行研究。因此,实际生产中可用CPE部分替代CR使用。由以上结论,提出CR/CPE通过化学合成方法制备的设想。 The chloroprene rubber (CR)/chlorinated polyethylene rubber (CPE) composites wasprepared by blending. The effect of the content of CPE from 0 -20 phr on the mechanical and combustionproperties of the composites was investigated. The results show that the hardness of composites is 78 HA - 82HA, the change rate of tensile strength is less than -8.4% when the content of CPE is 0 - 10 phr, and thechange rate of tear strength is less than -9.9% when the content of CPE is 0 N 15 phr. Additionally, with theincrease of CPE content, the smoke density grade decreases, the oxygen index increases the smoke densityrating is 71% and oxygen index is 32.4%. When the CPE content is 20 phr. Modification of CR were studiedby thermogravimetric and dynamic mechanical analysis. Therefore, CPE can be replaced by CR partly inactual production. Finally, it's proposed to prepare the CR/CPE composites by chemical synthesis method.
