由于区域经济发展的不平衡,根据不同地区的重点产业结构实行差异化的专利密集型产业的培育具有重要意义,进而通过产业链的协同创新机制建立区域优势专利密集型产业,从而推动产业技术创新和升级。
Due to the imbalance of regional economic development, it is of great significance to cultivate the differentiated patent-intensive industries according to the key industrial structures in different regions, and then to establish the regional superior patent-intensive industries through the collaborative innovation mechanism of the industrial chain so as to promote the industrial technological innovation.
