摘要
Quirky公司的互联网创新模式与发明创造的过程本身密切相关并同时具备"互联网+"以及"创新2.0"的特点。该公司经历了起步、快速成长到破产保护的发展过程,具备较为完整的商业生命周期。对Quirky公司创新主体的专利权益平衡研究对我国的互联网众筹模式的创新及其知识产权保护具有积极的借鉴意义。
Quirky＇s internet innovation model is closely linked with the process of invention, and has the characteristics of ＂Internet ＋＂ as well as the innovation 2.0. The company has a complete business life cycle with the development process from the start, development to bankruptcy protection procedures. The research on the balance of the inventor right of Quirky Inc. has a positive reference for Chinese intemet crowdfunding innovation and the intellectual property protection.
