摘要
研究了高酸值组分中的酸醇比、TMA含量、硫酸钡用量以及高低酸值树脂质量比对热转印用双组分干混消光聚酯树脂性能的影响。结果表明:随着酸醇比以及TMA含量的提高,双组分消光涂层的光泽持续降低,热转印性能持续变好;随着高酸值组分中硫酸钡含量的提高,双组分消光涂层的光泽逐渐变低,热转印性能先变好后变差;随着高低酸值树脂质量比的升高,双组分消光涂层的热转印性能逐渐变好,其光泽先降低后升高。
The effects of the acid alcohol ratio R, the TMA content, the BaS04 content of the high acid component and the quality ratio of the high and low acid value resin on the properties of dly ruixture flatting powder resin used on thermal transfer were studied. The experimental results revealed that the luster of the double - component anti-gloss coating continues to decrease and the heat transfer performance continues to improve with the increase of the acid alcohol ratio R and the TMA content. The luster of the double - component anti-gloss coating continues to decrease while the heat transfer performance is becoming better firstly and then becoming worse. The heat transfer performance improved gradually while the luster decreased first and then increased with the increase of the quality ratio of the high and low acid value resin.
