摘要 主要介绍了自行葫芦输送系统实现自动化上下件的设计思路及详细实施方案。该自动化系统可实现工艺节拍的最大化、生产效率的最优化和人工成本的最小化,为今后新建涂装线设计或现有工厂改造自行葫芦输送系统提供了一些参考和思路。 This article mainly introduces the design and implementation of the automatic upper and lower parts of self-propelled ground delivery system in the pre-proeessed electrophoretic area with supporting the use of groud sled conveying system. The system can maximize process time, maximize production efficiency and minimize the labor cost, which providing some reference and ideas of designing the new or reformed self- propelled groud delivery system in the future.
