H06-101H在湿布胶带法检测中涂层脱落原因及对策

摘要 针对制件在喷涂H06-101H底漆后进行湿布胶带法试验中出现的涂层脱落现象,结合该涂膜的氧化聚合干燥机理,对喷涂涂膜厚度控制在25μm以下,并采取在120℃干燥1h的烘烤条件,提升了该涂膜的湿结合力,顺利通过了湿布胶带法检测。 Aiming at the paint film shedding phenomenon in soaking cloth tape method after spraying H06- 101H primer, combined with the oxidation polymerization drying mechanism of the film, we adopt measures to improve the wet bonding force of the film so that the soaking cloth tape method is successfully passed, such as the coating thickness of spray coating is controlled below 25 μm and drying one hour at 120 ℃.
