克拉屈滨治疗毛细胞白血病五例报告并文献复习 被引量：1

Cladribine in treatment of 5 patients with hairy cellleukemia

摘要 毛细胞白血病（hairycellleukemia，HCL）是一种罕见的惰性B细胞白血病，其主要临床特征为乏力、脾大和全血细胞减少，有特征性的形态学和免疫表型。嘌呤类似物（喷司他丁、克拉屈滨）等药物改善了HCL患者的预后，完全缓解（CR）率可达90％以上且缓解时间长。
