甲基乙烯基硅树脂的制备及其应用

摘要 以四乙氧基硅烷、甲基三乙氧基硅烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、二甲基乙烯基乙氧基硅烷、正丁醇、HCl水溶液为原料,制得甲基乙烯基硅树脂;并将其作为补强剂,与端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、侧含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷、甲基丁炔醇、铂乙烯基配合物反应制得加成型有机硅灌封胶。结果表明,当HCl水溶液用量≥55.6 g时,能保证水解缩聚完全;二甲基二乙氧基硅烷的添加,可在制备目标产物时避免凝胶的出现;通过控制二甲基乙烯基乙氧基硅烷的用量,可以制得不同黏度的甲基乙烯基硅树脂。以甲基乙烯基硅树脂为基料制成灌封胶时,当树脂黏度为2 000~3 000 m Pa·s时,制得的灌封胶能满足LED硬灯条的灌封要求。 Methyl vinyl silicone resin was prepared from tetraethylorthosilicate, methyhriethoxysilane, dimethyldiethoxysilane, dimethylvinylethoxysilane, butyl alcohol, n -butanol and HCl solution. And it was used as a reinforcing agent, and with end vinyl polydimethylsiloxane, side hydrogen containing polydimethylsiloxane, methyl butyl alkynol, vinyl platinum complexes agent to prepare the addition type silicone potting rubber. The experimental results show that when the dosage of acid solution is greater than 55.6 g, the hydrolysis condensation can be processed. The addition of dimethyl diethoxysilane avoids the presence of the rubber when the target product is prepared. Methyl vinyl silicone resin with different viscosity can be prepared by controlling the dosage of dimethyl ethylene-ethoxy silane. When the silicone potting rubber was prepared by methyl vinyl silicone resin, the resin with the viscosity of 2 000 -3 000 mPa.s, the rubber meets the sealing requirements of the LED hard light strip.
