摘要
以含氟硅氮树脂和纳米二氧化硅、纳米三氧化二铝、复合溶剂为原料制得硅氮树脂高自洁防污涂料。所制备的低表面能硅氮树脂涂料接触角达120°,自洁系数达99.54%,具有高憎水性、高自洁性、高附着力、高硬度、高耐腐蚀性等特点,在电力设备的防污、防闪络、防凝露等方面具有潜在的应用价值。
Silazane resin of self-cleaning coating was prepared by fluoro-containing polysilazane resin, nano-siliea, nano-aluminum oxide and complex solvents. The low surface energy silazane resin self-cleaning coating was prepared with the contact angle of 120°, self-cleaning coefficient of 99.54%, high hydrophobic properties, high adhesion, high hardness and high corrosion resistance. It has potential application value in the aspects of anti-pollution, anti-flashover and anti-condensation on the power equipments.
