红外水分测定仪快速测定二甲基硅油的挥发分

摘要 采用红外水分测定仪快速测定二甲基硅油挥发分,并同烘箱法的挥发分测试结果进行比较。考察了测试时间、终端温度、样品质量对挥发分测试结果的影响。结果表明,较佳的测试条件为:样品质量2 g,测试温度100℃,测试时间10 min。在该测试条件下测量硅油挥发分,具有一定的重复性,在测量100~12 500 mm2/s甲基硅油的挥发分时,测量结果与烘箱法结果相差相对较小,可将挥发分测试时间缩短到10 min,达到快速测量的目的。 The volatile content of dimethyl silicon oil was rapidly determined by infrared moisture analy- zer, and the volatile test results were compared with the oven method. The effects of test time, terminal temperature and sample weight on the volatile test results were investigated. Results show that better test condi- tions are as follows: sample weight of 2 g, test temperature of 100℃ and 10 minutes. Under this test condi- tion, the measurement of the volatile content of silicone oil has a certain repeatability. When the volatile of methyl silicone oil of the viscosity of 100 - 12 500 mm2/s was analysed, the result difference of this method and oven method are relatively small, and can reduce the volatile test time to 10 minutes to achieve rapid measurement.
