摘要
摩擦材料是制动系统的关键组成部分,其性能直接影响刹车系统工作质量。简单介绍树脂基摩擦材料的组成和性能特点,从树脂基摩擦材料的无石棉化研究及温度、载荷、速度等工况对其摩擦学性能影响两个方面综述国内外树脂基摩擦材料的研究进展,并展望树脂基摩擦材料未来的研究方向。
Friction materials are the key component of braking systems. The performance of friction material has a direct influence on the braking system. The composition and characteristics of resin-based friction materials are briefly introduced. The non-asbestos study and the effect of operating conditions on the tribological properties of resin-based friction materials are reviewed. In addition,the developing trend of resin-based friction material are prospected.
