摘要
为探究钙离子对活性污泥系统脱氮效果的影响,特别是对反硝化污泥的影响。从钙离子改变活性污泥性状、系统pH、微生物酶活性及新陈代谢等方面分析钙离子对活性污泥系统脱氮效果的影响。研究表明,超标浓度的钙离子污水突然进入城镇污水厂,将削弱活性污泥系统脱氮效果,导致其氮排放不达标。乙酸、乙酸钠、甲醇和葡萄糖等不同物质作为外加碳源时,乙酸钠效果最佳。以乙酸钠作为碳源进行C/N实验时,5:1的C/N最适合工程应用。向钙离子污染的水中投加乙酸钠一个周后,系统脱氮性能恢复并达标。据此归纳总结钙离子对污水厂脱氮的影响及恢复措施。
The effects of calcium ions on the denitrification of an activated sludge system were investigated,especially the effects on an anti-nitrification sludge. The effects of calcium ions on the denitrification of an activated sludge system were analyzed by changing activated sludge characters,system pH,and microbial enzyme activity and metabolism. The denitrification of the activated sludge system was weakened when it meets an excessive concentration of calcium ions,resulting in a non-standard emission of nitrogen. Using different chemicals,such as acetic acid,sodium acetate,methanol and glucose,as an additional carbon source,and the results showed that the sodium acetate has the best effect. The C/N experiment was carried out,with sodium acetate as the carbon source,and it best fit engineering application when C/N was at 5: 1. Sodium acetate was put into a water plant with calcium ions and the denitrification was recovered after a week. Then the effects of calcium ions on denitrification of the wastewater plant and recovery measures were summarized.
