河下古镇传统民居病害调研与对策分析

Investigation and Countermeasures of Traditional Dwellings Diseases in Hexia Ancient Town

河下古镇是淮安市保存最完好的历史街区,是宝贵的历史遗存,也是不可再生的历史资源。通过现场调研和室内测试分析发现,近年来,河下古镇的面貌有了进一步的改善,然而一些普通民居由于年久失修,病害仍十分严重,修葺方式不当造成的二次病害为保护工作带来了困难,一些现代风格建筑与整体环境之间格格不入;名人故居虽然近年经过修葺,仍然存在一些顽固病害,并有新的病害出现,保护工作很难进入良性循环阶段。针对河下古镇存在较多的典型性病害提出了相应的保护对策,为河下古镇以及淮安地区众多的传统民居保护提供科学依据和参考。

The Hexia ancient town is the most intact historic district in Huai＇an. It is a precious historical legacy and is also an unrenewable historical resource. Through field investigation and indoor test and analysis,it was found that in recent years,appearance of Hexia ancient town has been further improved,but some ordinary houses are still suffering from bad diseases,some are caused by the improper repairs which brought difficulties for protection,some modern architecture are disharmony with the overall environment; Although the former residence of celebrities has been renovated in recent years,there are still some die-hard diseases and new diseases. It is difficult to enter the virtuous cycle. In this paper,the corresponding protection measures are put forward,which provides scientific basis and reference for the protection of traditional dwellings in the Hexia ancient town and the many traditional dwellings in Huai＇an area.
