摘要
稀土上转换发光纳米颗粒(UCNPs)可将近红外光转化为紫外可见光,能有效解决光动力抗菌疗法(PACT)中组织穿透深度小、治疗效率低的问题。综述了基于稀土上转换发光纳米平台的光动力抗菌疗法的研究进展,并对新型联合抗菌平台的开发及其在临床上的应用进行了展望。
Rare earth upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs)can transform near-infrared light into ultraviolet-visible light,which can effectively solve the problems such as a low tissue penetration depth and a low treatment efficiency of photodynamic antimicrobial chemotherapy(PACT).The research progress on the photodynamic antimicrobial chemotherapy based on rare earth upconversion nanoplatforms is reviewed.The development of novel coantibacterial platform and its clinical applications are prospected.
