The analysis of aesthetic characteristics of hard and soft tissue of facial profile in adolescents

目的 :从常用的软组织侧貌测量项目中筛选出对侧貌美起主要作用的若干美学指标。 方法 :对 5 8例侧貌美观的正常及 6 0例侧貌不协调的安氏 、 、 类错进行软硬组织 X线头影测量。 结果 :通过多因素分析筛选出 5项软组织侧貌美学指标及与其相关联的硬组织指标。 结论 :协调的鼻唇颏关系是面部侧貌美学的特征。软硬组织是相互关联的。

Objective To choose several sensitive variables as indexes of facial profile to aid in critically evaluating facial esthetics. Methods A sample were examined cephalometrially including 58 of the subjects with normal occlusion and harmonious, and 60 children of Class I,II, III with malocclusion and disharmonious. Results Five items are chosen as facial profile beauty indexes through discriminant ana lysis . Conclusion Harmonious relationship of nose,lip and chin is.the aesthetic characteristics of facial profile. There are relationship between hard and soft tissues.
