血清IL-28A在强直性脊柱炎治疗前后的表达及临床意义

The Expression and Clinical Significance of Serum Interleukin-28A in the Pre-therapy and Post-treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的研究强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者治疗前后血清白介素-28A(IL-28A)的表达水平及其与疾病活动指标的相关性。方法选取40名活动期AS患者和40名健康对照(HC),对治疗前和治疗后的临床指标[包括Bath AS病活动指数(BASDAI)、使用CRP的AS疾病活动评分(ASDAS-CRP)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、IL-28A]进行收集,比较和分析。结果活动期AS患者血清IL-28A治疗前水平显着高于HC(P<0.01),治疗后较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01)。AS患者血清IL-28A水平与治疗前疾病活动指标没有相关性,而治疗前后血清IL-28A水平的变化趋势与疾病活动可能存在一定的关联。结论本研究发现IL-28A可能参与了AS的发病机制,为AS的治疗提供新的治疗靶点。

Objective This study aims to investigate the expression of serum interleukin-28 A（IL-28 A）in the pretherapy and post-treatment of ankylosing spondylitis（AS）patients and analyze the correlations between serum IL-28 A levels and disease activity.Methods The study included 40 AS patients with active disease and 40 healthy controls（HC）.The clinical parameters[including C-reactive protein（CRP）,erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）,Bath AS Disease Activity Index（BASDAI）,AS Disease Activity Score（ASDAS）using CRP（C-reactive protein）[ASDAS-CRP],IL-28 A]of the pre-therapy and post-treatment were collected,compared and analyzed.Results The serum levels of IL-28 Ain the pre-therapy and post-treatment of AS were significantly higher than that in healthy controls（HC）（P〈0.01）,and the serum levels of IL-28 Ain post-treatment of AS were also higher than that in post-treatment of AS（P〈0.01）.The serum levels of IL-28 Ain AS patients did not correlate with pre-therapy clinical parameters and disease activity index,but the changes trend of serum IL-28 Alevels after treatment and disease activity have a certain relationship.Conclusion This study found that IL-28 A may be involved in the pathogenesis of AS,providing a new therapeutic target for the treatment of AS.
