1881例北京地区患者生殖道沙眼衣原体与淋球菌感染与解脲脲原体携带分析

Infection of Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae and carriage of Ureaplasma urealyticum in 1881 patients in Beijing

目的了解北京地区的生殖道病原体中解脲脲原体(UU)、淋球菌(NG)和沙眼衣原体(CT)的检出情况及其携带特点。方法选取2011年1月-2016年12月间在我院就诊的患者共计1881例,其中男性患者293人,女性患者1588人,应用实时荧光聚合酶链反应检测上述病原体,并分析结果。结果在1588例女性患者当中,NG、CT、UU检出率分别为2.6%,12.3%,71.3%,而同时检出CT与UU的患者达10.2%。293例男性患者当中,NG、CT与UU检出率分别为23.2%,17.4%与20.5%,同时检出CT和UU为3.9%。男性的NG感染率显著高于女性(23.2%V2.6%),而UU检出率明显低于女性。CT的感染率无性别差异。从年龄分布来说,以20-40岁年龄段各病原体检出率最高。结论两种及以上病原体同时检出较为常见,临床应注意进行多种病原体的检测,以防漏检。

Objective To investigate the detection rate and characteristics of Ureaplasma urealyticum（UU）,Chlamydia trachomatis（CT）and Neisseria gonorrhoeae（NG）in Beijing.Methods A total of 1881 cases of maternal in our hospital from 2011 to 2016 were enrolled in present study.CT,UU and NG were analyzed in 293 male and 1588 female patients in our hospital by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction（PCR）.Results In 1588 women,41 were NG-positive（2.6%）,195 CT-positive（12.3%）,and 1132 UU-positive（71.3%）,however in 293 men,68 were NG-positive（23.2%）,51 CT-positive（17.4%）,and 60 UU-positive（20.5%）.The combination of CT and UU was detected in 3.9% patients.The infection rate of NG in male was significantly higher than that of female（23.2% ∝2.6%）,and the detection rate of UU in male was significantly lower than female.There was no difference in the infection rate of CT in both genders.The highest rate of detection rate was found in all groups with 20-40 years old.Conclusion Two or more pathogens are often detected in same patient,Therefore,the above-mentioned pathogens should be screened at the same time.
