摘要
结合泰兴市四桥闸站工程,通过对工程初始方案与改进方案的数值模拟,分析了两种方案进水池内的流态。数值模拟结果表明:在设计流量下,(1)初始方案穿堤涵洞与泵站进水池连接形成侧向进水时,进水池内产生漩涡等不良流态,影响水泵安全稳定运行。(2)改进方案通过增加过渡段,改变了穿堤涵洞与进水池的连接方式,形成正向进水,进水池内无漩涡等不良流态,可以确保水泵安全稳定运行。
Based on the numerical simulation of the initial scheme and the improvement scheme of Taixing Siqiao combined sluice-pump station, this paper analyzes the pumping station intake sump flow patterns of the two schemes. The numerical simulation results show that: (1) The initial scheme flow of the pumping station intake sump appears side-direction, and the vortex and other bad flow patterns are generated in the intake sump, which affects the safe and stable operation of the pump. (2) The improvement scheme increases the transition section, which supplies the front inflow. And there are no vortex and other bad flows, so the pump can operate safely and stably.
