平面闸门门槽对闸孔脉动压力影响的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 平面闸门具有结构简单、运行可靠等优点,但是相对于弧形闸门平面闸门具有闸门槽。当平面闸门在启闭时或正常工作时水流脉动压力会对门体的安全运行造成极不利的影响。而闸门槽破坏了闸下水流流道的连续性,使得闸下水流脉动压力更为复杂。利用压力脉动传感器通过试验方法对闸下水流脉动压力进行研究。分别在闸门有槽和无槽条件下对闸门中断面底部测点以及闸门侧断面底部测点进行试验分析。对试验数据进行系统性分析可得到闸下水流脉动压力概率密度属于正态分布,闸门有槽条件下闸门底部测点水流脉动压力大于闸门无槽条件下闸门底部测点水流脉动压力等结论。试验结论为研究平面闸门门槽对闸下水流脉动压力的影响提供依据。 The plane gate has the advantages of the simple structure and reliable operation. However, the plane gate has a gate slot relative to the radial gate. When the plane gate in the opening and closing or normal working hours when the flow pulsating pressure will have a very adverse impact on the safe operation of the gate. And the gate slot undermines the continuity of the gate water flow channel, making the pulsating pressure under the gate more complicated. In this paper, the pulsating pressure of the under gate water is studied by using the pressure pulsation sensor. The experimental data can systematically be analyzed to obtain the normal probability distribution of the pulsating pressure probability of the gate water flow, the pulsating pressure of the measuring point at the bottom of the gate under the condition of slot is better than that at the bottom of the gate under the condition of no slot. The experimental results provide a basis for studying the effect of the slot of the plane gate on pulsating pressure.
