白鹤滩水电站垫层蜗壳结构设计 被引量:6

摘要 根据白鹤滩水电站垫层蜗壳实际情况,针对蜗壳外围混凝土结构、垫层铺设方案、结构变形、混凝土开裂及配筋等方面进行了针对性研究和计算分析,给予工程设计一定的指导。计算分析表明:白鹤滩蜗壳垫层的铺设有利于减小混凝土开裂和损伤,混凝土贯穿性损伤区域不大,并且裂缝宽度可满足《水工混凝土结构设计规范》(DL/T 5057-2009)的要求。考虑混凝土开裂后,发电机基础上抬量及其沿圆周分布的不均匀程度相比于线弹性条件下有所增大,但不会导致机组运行受到不利影响。 According to the actual conditions of the cushion spiral case of Baihetan Hydropower Station, the concrete structure, cushion laying scheme, structural deformation, concrete cracking and reinforcement of the spiral case are studied and calculated, and this offers engineering design a certain direction. The calculation and analysis show that the spiral case cushion is beneficial to reducing the cracking and damage of concrete, the concrete penetrating damage zone is not big, and the crack width meets the requirements of Design Specification for Hydraulic Concrete Structures (DL/T5057-2009). Considering the cracking of concrete, the uplift displacement and its distribution on the foundation of generator increases as compared with the linear elastic condition, but it will not cause the unit operation to be adversely affected.
