摘要
针对传统直线驱动方式存在尺寸大等不足,设计了一种新颖的螺旋式结构的微型直线驱动器并介绍了其组成部分和运行原理,最后对驱动器的精度和回差进行了详细的实验验证分析。实验表明驱动器在工作时具有稳定的步进特性;在运转方向改变时存在误差。实验测得了驱动器的平均回差值,可通过脉冲补偿的方式消除误差。
For the lack of presence of large size linear drive for drive mode, a novel miniature linear actuator is de- signed in this paper. Components and operating principle ment precision and hysteresis effect experiments is tested. of the drive was introduced. Finally, the actuator's move- The linear actuator is with stable stepping characteristic. There is a deviation when changing the direction of movement of the actuator which can be avoided by Pulse compensation.
