摘要
本文概述了三角化模型在当前车身虚拟装配中应用的广泛性,简化三角化模型的大小对生产实践效率提高的重要作用。依靠PolyWorks这样一款主流的虚拟匹配专业软件,利用其自带的点云模型生成三角化模型功能,在过程中对三角化模型进行简化。采用DOE试验设计理念,找出简化模型的关键影响因子,并通过实验,确定了简化参数。
In this thesis we outlined the extensiveness of the application of the triangulation model in the current virtual assembly of vehicle body and the importance of the size of simplified triangular model in improving the efficiency of production practice. Relying on a mainly used virtual matching professional software such as PolyWorks, using its self - carried function of transforming point cloud model to triangular model, we simplified the triangular model in the process. By adopting DOE test design concept, we found out the key influence factors of the simplified model, and confirmed the simplified parameters through experiments.
