摘要
本文介绍了一种基于GPIB总线的函数信号发生器自动检定系统开发,实现了对具有GPIB接口信号源的自动检定以及检定结果的存储、输出等功能,减少了计量测试中的人为引入误差,提高了信号源计量技术水平和工作效率,同时也符合自动化计量测试的发展趋势。
This paper introduces a kind of automatic test system development based on the interlace of GPIB bus. The development of automatic verification system of function signal generator achieve the function of signal source automatic calihration based on the GPIB interface and output ,storage uf the verification results. Development of automatic testing system of function signal generator reduces human error in the measurement of the signal source, improve the metering technology level and work efficiency, but also conforms to the development trend of autonlatic measurement.
