摘要 我国是水泥生产和消费大国,国家节能减排相关政策均要求控制水泥行业能耗总量及单位产品能耗限额。本文阐述了某水泥企业单位产品能耗的能源计量监测点和在线监测系统,并将能耗在线监测值、计算指标与企业统计结果进行对比,充分验证能耗数据在线监测系统的可应用性。福建省水泥企业应用该系统开展能源审计工作,取得良好的效果。 China is a big country in the production and consumption of cement, the national policy of energy saving and emission reduction requires controlling the total energy consumption of cement industry and the limit of energy consumption per unit product. This paper describes the energy metering monitoring point and the on -line monito- ring system for unit energy consumption of a cement enterprise, and compares energy consumption online monitoring value and calculation index with the statistical results of enterprises, so as to fully verifies the applicability of the energy consumption data on - line monitoring system. The cement enterprise of Fujian Province uses this system to carry out energy audit work, obtains the good result.
