保护套管对热电偶测温影响探究

Research about the Influence of Protective Sleeve on Temperature Measurement of Thermocouple

在热电偶得到广泛应用的过程中,为满足其测试稳定性及使用寿命的要求,热电偶保护套管得到了大量应用,但这也不可避免地对热电偶的测温产生一定影响。本文选取一种典型的热电偶保护套管,进行对比试验,分析其影响规律,并提出了保护套管的使用要求和规范。

In the process of wide application of thermocouples, in order to meet the requirements of its test stability and service life, thermocouple protective sleeves have been widely used, but this will inevitably have a certain im- pact on the temperature measurement of thermocouples. This thesis selects a kind of typical thermocouple protective sleeve, conducts a comparative test, analyzes its influence rule, and proposes the use requirements and specifications of the protective sleeve.
