锂渣钢筋混凝土偏心受压试件力学性能研究 被引量:2

Mechanical properties research of lithium slag reinforced concrete eccentric compression columns

摘要 通过对8根尺寸为250mm×200mm×1400mm不同取代率的锂渣钢筋混凝土偏心受压试件进行试验研究,观察其破坏形态,收集相关数据,得到了试件的荷载-混凝土应变曲线、荷载-钢筋应变曲线、荷载-侧向挠度曲线,并对各曲线进行对比分析,研究其受力性能。研究结果表明,掺锂渣混凝土偏压试件的破坏过程、破坏形态与普通混凝土偏压试件基本一致,掺入锂渣对偏心受压试件的极限承载力有一定提高作用。通过将计算承载力与试验所得承载力进行对比,发现采用现行的规范计算公式计算锂渣钢筋混凝土偏心受压承载力是可行的,有足够的安全储备。 The experimental study was conducted on the eccentric compression specimens of the lithium slag reinforced concrete with eight different replacement rates,the dimensions of these specimens were 250 mm × 200 mm × 1400 mm. The failure mode of these specimens were observed,experimental data was collected,and the load concrete strain curves,load reinforcement strain curves,load deflection curves were got. And these curves were compared and analyzed. The results show that the failure process and failure mode of the concrete filled with lithium slag are basically same as the normal concrete. The addition of lithium slag can improve the ultimate bearing capacity of eccentric compression specimens. By comparing calculation and test bearing capacity,it is found that the current standard calculation formula can be used to calculate the eccentric compression bearing capacity of the lithium slag reinforced concrete,and has adequate safety reserves.
